Seth A. Caywood

Education: Seth attended the University of Tulsa obtaining a degree in Music Education in 2007. Seth received his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2011, where he was one of the founding members of the first law student chapters of the Defense Research Institute in the State of Oklahoma.

Practice Areas: Seth is an experienced litigator with his practice including personal injury, bad faith, breach of contract, first party UM/UIM claims, coverage opinions, and workers compensation. In 2018 Seth joined McAtee and Woods to establish the Tulsa Office. His legal experience includes practicing in private law firms in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Experience: Seth is licensed to practice in Oklahoma state and federal courts and has represented clients throughout Oklahoma. Seth is currently admitted to practice in Oklahoma and the Cherokee Nation Tribal Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma. He is a member of Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, and the Oklahoma Bar Association.
